§ 43-26. Form W-9 from vendors and contractors.

A Form W-9 shall be provided by any vendor or contractor that would require submission of a 1099 for miscellaneous income at the end of the year. A Form W-9 is also required from any vendor used for internet purchases that exceed $500 on an annual basis.
