§ 71-4. Fees.

In accordance with the current edition of the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code, before a building permit shall be issued the owner, person, firm or corporation doing the work shall pay to the Treasurer of Shenandoah County a fee based on the schedules as shall be adopted and amended from time to time by the Board of Supervisors in a format resolution.
