§ 132-45. Determination of system use.

The determination of each user's use of the treatment works and treatment facilities shall be based upon the quantity of water used, whether purchased from a public water utility or obtained from a private source. The County's sewage treatment rate structure anticipates that some quantity of water will be used consumptively, so no reduction will be made for consumptive uses. However, if the County Administrator believes that in a particular case the quantity of water used does not bear a reasonable relationship to the amount of sewage treatment demanded, he may direct that a sewage meter be installed and that charges be based on the readings of that meter.
