§ 132-29. Special agreements.

Nothing in this article shall be construed as preventing any agreement or arrangement between the County of Shenandoah and any user of the treatment works and treatment facility whereby wastewater of unusual strength or character (only in terms of BOD and/or suspended solids) is accepted into the system and specially treated subject to additional payments or user charges as may be applicable.
