§ 132-51. Violations and penalties.

A.
Any person or user that violates the provisions of this Part 1 or a user/discharge permit hereunder shall be subject to a penalty of $1,000 per day and/or shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class II misdemeanor for each day the violation continues.

B.
Each day, or portion thereof, a violation continues shall constitute a separate violation.
