§ 132-21. Conformance to applicable codes.

The connection of a building sewer into a treatment works shall conform to the requirements of the building and plumbing code or other applicable requirements of the County of Shenandoah, or the procedures set forth in appropriate specifications of the Commonwealth of Virginia Sewerage Regulations, Uniform Statewide Building Code of Virginia, and American Society of Testing Materials. The connections shall be made gas-tight and water-tight and verified by proper testing. Any deviation from the prescribed procedures and materials must be approved in writing by the County Administrator before installation.
