§ 132-14. Connection permit.

A. 

No person shall uncover, make any connections with, use, alter, or disturb any wastewater sewer or storm sewer without first obtaining a written permit from the County Administrator.

B. 

In all cases, the owner shall make application for a permit to connect to the County's treatment works on a form furnished by the County of Shenandoah, The permit application shall be supplemented by wastewater information required to administer this Part 1. A permit and inspection fee shall be paid to the County at the time the application is filed.

C. 

Connections to a storm sewer shall be subject to a permit and inspection fee. Such connections shall be subject to the provisions of this Part 1 and the approval of the County Administrator.
