§ 132-13. Prohibited wastewater disposal.

Unless otherwise provided in this Part 1, in those areas served by the North Fork Wastewater Treatment Facility, it shall be unlawful to construct or maintain any privy, privy vault, septic tank, cesspool, or other facility intended or used for the disposal of wastewater. This prohibition shall not apply to septic tanks and related facilities approved by the Virginia Department of Health.
