§ 132-11. Prohibited waste disposal.

It shall be unlawful for any person to place, deposit, or permit to be deposited in any condition that may be considered as an unsanitary or unhygienic manner on public or private property within the County of Shenandoah, or in any area under the jurisdiction of said County, any human or animal excrement, garbage, or other objectionable waste.
