§ 124-1. Statutory authority for regulation.

Pursuant to § 54.1-4000 et seq. of the Code of Virginia, the County of Shenandoah hereby regulates pawnbrokers. This chapter shall not in any manner be deemed or construed to alter or abrogate any law of the state applicable to the subject matter hereof.
